Purchase & Return Policy

Placing an order on NY means that the customer agrees to the store’s terms and conditions. After an order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible. We may contact customers to verify delivery details if required.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and undamaged
  • unwashed
  • free of odors or stains
  • with original tags attached
  • in original packaging

Return Shipping Costs and Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

No refunds or reshipments in the following cases:

  1. Unpaid customs duties — parcel may be destroyed.
  2. Customs delays — varies by local customs office.
  3. Incorrect or changed delivery address after ordering.
  4. Parcel marked as delivered — losses after delivery are not covered.
  5. Refusal to accept the parcel.
